The doctors at Rosny Doctors & After Hours bill privately, and fees are payable in full at the time of consultation.

Your appointment fee will depend on the type of appointment and the duration. You can find the doctors' fee list here, or call us, and our friendly reception team will explain the fee structure to you.

At Rosny Doctors & After Hours, we use a secure automated SMS system to communicate with patients about results. Depending on the test that has been undertaken, a consultation may be required to receive results. It is the patient’s responsibility to follow up on their test results, and we actively encourage patients to be proactive in their healthcare and book an appointment for results before leaving the clinic.

Unless encryption is used, email is not a secure platform for communicating sensitive information such as test results. Also, to protect your privacy, you should never email personal information, such as your birth date, address, Medicare card number, etc. to our clinic.

Yes, in most circumstances, you will need to see a doctor to have a script written. Doctors have a duty of care and need to determine if you should be prescribed a medication based on various factors, or if you should continue or cease taking a medication they may have prescribed for you previously.

Regardless of the nature of your visit, you need to book an appointment with a doctor to ensure that you receive the correct level of care. Depending on your individual circumstance, you may also need to see a nurse either before or after your appointment with a doctor. Our reception staff can answer any particular questions you may have about your appointment.

If your usual doctor is fully booked and you need to see a doctor today, please call us on (03) 6244 1058, and we will, depending on the circumstances, try to book you in with your usual doctor, or if this is not possible, another doctor who has an appointment available.
